Appointed Interim President and CEO of LA MANCHA in August 2009, Dominique Delorme was confirmed into this fonction in March 2010. Mr Delorme has worked in the mining industry for 34 years.

After graduating from the École Nationale Supérieure de Géologie (Nancy, France), Mr. Delorme worked as an exploration and mining geologist in Africa and France. He has held several positions with Areva, including head of uranium and gold exploration, General Manager, worldwide gold assets, Vice President, Technical and Projects, and Vice President, Strategy for the group's mining activities.

Mr. Delorme has been a director of LA MANCHA for over three years, during part of which he headed the Resources Committee.

Prior to joining Areva in mid-2009, Mr. Guilbaud held the position of in-house counsel for various companies, most recently Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies. Mr. Guilbaut earned a Master's degree in International Law in 1988 and a D.E.S.S. in International Economic Law in 1989.

Mr. de Montessus is the head of Areva's mining division. A business graduate from ESCP in Paris, he joined the Areva Group in 2002, where he held increasingly senior Strategy and Marketing positions before being appointed to his current job. Prior to joining Areva, he worked in the telecom and banking industries.

Johanne Duchesne worked for the Quebec Securities Commission for 18 years, culminating in her appointment as Director of Capital Markets from 1997 to 2000. In that position, she supervised all of the department's operations, including the approval of prospectuses and transactions, and participated in the drafting of regulations through national and international committees. She was also an active participant in committees of the Canadian Securities Administrators and the North American Securities Administrators Association.

From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Duchesne acted  as Special Advisor, Corporate Finance, with law firm  Gowling Lafleur Henderson.

Ms. Duchesne is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee.

Mr. Nouveau has extensive experience in finance and accounting, mainly acquired in an international setting. Mr. Nouveau currently acts as the Vice President Finance for Areva's mining division. He holds an MBA from the School of Management of Lyon and an engineering degree from the Technological University of Compiègne.

Mr. Peltz has almost 30 years of experience with Burndy Corp./Framatome Connectors USA, where he acted as Chairman of the Board and CEO from 1997 until his retirement in 2002. He now sits on the board of several organizations.

Mr. Peltz holds an MBA from Pace University and a B.A.A. in accounting from the Baruch School of Business and Public Administration. He also completed an advanced management program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Peltz is a member of the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee.

Mr. Mittlerreturned to AREVA in 2011 after acting as Mining Project Manager for the JoslynOil Sands Mine Project (Fort McMurray, Canada), Total E&P Canada (mining)since February 2009. From February 2008 to January 2009, he was General Managerof Cominak's underground uranium mine in Akouta, Niger (mining) - AREVA is ashareholder of Cominak. From January 2003 to January 2008, he was DeputyGeneral Manager and then General Manager of Somaïr's open cut uranium mine inArlit, Niger (mining) - Somaïr is a subsidiary of AREVA. Mr. Mittler holds aMaster degree in Science and Executive Engineering from the École nationalesupérieure des mines de Paris (Paris, France).
