Whistleblower Policy

La Mancha is committed to providing the best possible working conditions for its employees and as part of this commitment encourages an open and honest atmosphere in which any problem, complaint, suggestion, or question receives a timely response. The goal of this whistleblower policy is to discourage illegal activity and business conduct that damages the Company's good name,  business interests, and its relationships with shareholders, and the community at large.

To this end, all employees and stakeholders of La Mancha may direct concerns and/or complaints regarding what he or she believes in good faith to be a possible violation of the code of ethics , including the securities laws, accounting irregularities and other suspected wrongdoing to the Chair of the Audit Committee at auditcommittee@lamancha.ca.

La Mancha Resources wishes to remind its employees that submissions will remain confidential and anonymous and that it will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass or in any manner discriminate against any employee in the terms and conditions of employment based upon any lawful actions of such employee with respect to good faith in reporting of complaints.
