La Mancha COO Bill Plyley announces retirement

La Mancha Resources Inc. (TSX: LMA, hereinafter “LaMancha” or the “Company”) announces todaythat its Chief Operating Officer, Bill Plyley, will retire from the Company on December15, 2010, after delivering the feasibility study on the first phase of the VMSproject.  

Mr. Plyley commented: “Ihave had an amazing journey with La Mancha and am happy to have contributed toits rapid expansion. I have great confidence in the future of the Company inlight of its strong production profile and promising project pipeline. In lightof the scale and recently shown economic viability of the VMS project, Istrongly believe that the Company's brightest days are yet to come. I remaincommitted to delivering the feasibility study on the first phase of the VMSproject before my departure.”

Dominique Delorme, President and CEO of La Mancha,stated: “Onbehalf of our shareholders, board of directors, and entire management team, Iwish to thank Mr. Plyley for his valuable contributions to the Company. He has been instrumental in the our evolution and expansion, notably in thedevelopment of our Australian platform through the successful start-up the Frog'sLeg underground mine and the White Foil open pit mine. We will build on his VMScontributions to continue to grow the Company. We wish him a happyretirement and good luck in his future endeavors.”

The Company's board of directorswill launch aninternational search for Mr. Plyley's successor to insure a smooth transition upon Mr. Plyley's departure.
